• Provide the function of applying for legal person and department permissions.

• All role users.

1.3 Preconditions

• Registered account.
• The legal representative and department (customs code) to be applied for have been established.
• We have completed the training of the Fuxue Baodian Customs series courses for customs users.

3.1 Application permissions

1. Open "Apply for permission" to enter the "Draft" page. As shown in the following figure: ! [Application Permissions] (assets/apply-1. png)
2. Click on [Add] to edit the page. As shown in the following figure: ! [Application Permissions] (assets/apply-2. png)
3. Select [Add Legal Person/Department], then select the area/legal person/department in sequence (using East China/Shandong Province/Yantai City/Hongfujin Legal Person/CEG007), and the system will automatically bring out the approval process for that legal person/department. 4. You can also apply for role permissions at the same time, select [Add Role], click on [Role Type], and take the example of suppliers in the business unit. As shown in the following figure:! [Application Permissions] (assets/apply-4. png)
5. After completion, click [Temporary]. As shown in the following figure: ! [Application Permissions] (assets/apply-5. png) After verifying that there are no errors, click [Submit] to complete the signature submission, and the system will prompt "Process submission successful". After the approval is completed, the relevant permissions will automatically take effect.

3.2 My Application (Inquiry)

1. You can query both applied and in transit application forms.

4. Precautions

-The study of Fuxue Baodian follows the following path (customs operators only need to attend general education classes; customs representatives need to attend management classes): -General education series courses → No need to submit a list → Fuxue Baodian → Foxconn zone → Factory management → Supply chain management → Customs affairs. -Management series courses → Submission list → Permission opening → Rich Learning Treasure → Central Customs Affairs Zone → Management category. -If you need any consultation, please contact the head of the Central Customs Department to the Emperor. -Currently, it is not supported for multiple departments to apply for permissions simultaneously.
